The Sterchi Hills Committees are for all residents in all of the phases to be involved with. It is a way for everyone to be heard, and for everyone to play a part.

Please fill out the form with your contact information, and you will also be added to a private FB group to discuss events at your leisure!

Current Committees:

Social

  • connect neighbors and welcome new residents

  • brainstorm and plan events for the neighborhood

  • help with events when extra hands are needed

Safety

  • overlook neighborhood safety issues

  • discuss and brainstorm solutions

  • organize initiatives in the neighborhood

Grounds/Maintenence

  • corresponds and contacts companies and other entities HOA employs for landscaping and pool maintenance

  • oversees common areas and ensures properties are being maintained

  • take care of minor tasks and jobs needed
