President

Jesse has been on the board since 2023.

Jesse and his family have lived in Sterchi Hills since 2021.

Treasurer

Kevin has served on the board since 2018. He has served 2 years as treasurer, and 3 years as President.

His family has lived in Sterchi Hills since 2011.

When he is not working on projects around the neighborhood, Kevin loves flying planes and riding his motorcycle, relaxing at his lake house, and traveling to other countries.

Member at large

Amanda has served on the board since 2023.

Amanda and her family have lived in Sterchi Hills since 2018

Amanda loves exploring Knoxville for all it has to offer. You can find her out with friends at local breweries, visiting Market Square or the Old City, or hiking with her partner and pup at Ijams Nature Center.

Secretary

Jeff has been on the board since 2018. He has served 2 years as a member at large, and 3 years as the Vice President.

Jeff and his wife have lived in Sterchi Hills since 1999

Jeff served 33 years with the City of Knoxville Fire Department obtaining the rank of Captain in 2002 with the last 19 years as an Arson Investigator. He retired in June of 2023.

Rachel has served on the board since October of 2024.

She was the first person from her family to graduate from high school and college. She enjoys teaching math to her students and has been doing so for almost 30 years.

She is a frequent swimmer at the pool and enjoys talking with the Sterchi Hills folks there. and is excited to contribute to our beautiful community by serving on the board.
