Who makes up the Sterchi Hills Homeowner’s Association Board?
Sterchi Hills HOA Board of Directors consists of up to 7 volunteers who live and reside in phase III of the Sterchi Hills subdivision who serve a three year term. Each board member must be in good standing with the HOA, be engaged, and attend monthly meetings. New members are voted onto the board by all phase III residents at the annual HOA meeting each January. Every resident in phase III of the subdivision controls who serves on the board by using their voice voting every January.
After being voted onto the board, positions are voted on by the 7 volunteers for President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. The other members are considered “at large” but can be the head of a committee, if they so choose.

These are usually within the second week of each month on a Tuesday at 6:00 PM at the Powell Branch Library. You can find out more info and details here.
Am I able to attend meetings or are they secret and only for board members?
We would LOVE for you to attend any meeting you’d like. We want to hear from you, and we welcome any resident that would like to come to one of our meetings! For planning purposes, we ask that you e-mail Fennell Property Management to be placed on the meeting agenda.
